Dakota Supply Group Agrees to Sell Omni-site Equipment
Greenwood, Indiana - December 18, 2002 - Omni-site is proud to announce its newest distributor of Omni-site equipment - Dakota Supply Group. Dakota Supply Group has agreed to be a dealer of Omni-site equipment for the states of North and South Dakota.
Since their establishment in 1898, Dakota Supply Group has worked hard at building their reputation as a full-line electrical, communications and mechanical distributor, known for state-of-the-art products, experienced employees, personal service, and a total quality management approach to every transaction from beginning to end. As an employee-owned business, they have that unique personal quality which is often hard to find in today's business world. At Dakota Supply Group, their suppliers and customers are thought of as business partners.
Dakota Supply Group is headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota, with warehouses in Fargo, Grand Forks, Bismarck, Williston, Aberdeen, and Sioux Falls. In 1999, they acquired Plainsco, a South Dakota wholesale distributor of electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, pumps, and waterworks materials with warehouses in Aberdeen, Sioux Falls, Mitchell, Pierre, and Rapid City. Now they can also design and build electrical control systems, assist in the design of sewage and water system pumping, hydronic and domestic hot water systems and many other problem solving applications. JI Company, Minot, ND was acquired in January, 2001 bringing the number of branches to 13.
