Gulf States Engineering Agrees To Sell Omni-site Equipment
Greenwood, Indiana - July 15, 2003 - Omni-site is proud to announce its newest distributor of Omni-site equipment - Gulf States Engineering. Gulf States Engineering has agreed to be a dealer of Omni-site equipment for the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and Western Tennessee.
The company was established in 1967 as an industrial distributor of vertical turbine pumps. The company has maintained a technical staff and expanded into both the industrial and municipal markets with pumps, compressors, blowers, valves, controls, and water and wastewater treatment equipment.
Field service and shop repair is performed by factory trained service technicians who are certified by the companies represented. An inventory of parts is maintained at the two service centers which are located in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Jackson, Mississippi.
Sales and application engineers are stationed in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Jackson, Mississippi and Memphis. Since many of the company products are highly specialized, sales staff includes three (3) Professional Engineers (P.E.), several degreed industrial and mechanical engineers, and supporting inside sales personnel.
"Engineered Products for Process and Power" is a slogan which accurately describes the many products and processes which the company sells to provide hydraulic and pneumatic power and water treatment; both potable and non-potable.
